Morning Prayer: My Hand in God's

This poem was penned by my grandma, Francis Baker who was a God-loving, sweet spirited woman.  I remember her teaching me how to cook biscuits, cinnamon rolls and vanilla pudding.  People in town all called her Ma Baker.  She lived most of her adult life in Del Rio, Texas where she and Grandpa raised 10 children.  Granny was born in Kerville, Texas, to George and Isabel Hodges Baker.  She was raised by her grandparents as her mom died when she was just a child.  Her grandfather was a Methodist circuit minister and Granny sure loved the Lord.  She taught Sunday School and was a prayer warrior for many.
